Corbett Craig Petersen was finally arraigned for his 2022 DUI arrest by CHP. A bench warrant was issued after Petersen's failure to appear for arraignment on 11/9. On 11/30 motion, the DA's office request to amend the complaint was granted. The bench warrant was recalled.
12/2 An OR/bail hearing on 12/2 was continued by the court to 12/7.
On 12/7supervised release was granted. Trial Confirmation is scheduled on 1/3/23 and jury trial on 1/9/23.
After the CHP arrest, Petersen was arrested by EPD on October 10, 2022. He was several prior arrests in 2022 and 2021 for DUIs or public intoxication.
