Second 4th of July suspect resolves cases right before jury trial

 

Right before his jury trial which was supposed to start today, the second suspect in the 4th of July incident resolved his cases.

On 11/30, the DA's motion to file amended information was granted. On 12/2, at trial assignment, Joseph Boxell entered aconditional plea. Sentencing is on 12/29.
