In June 2022, Andrew Richard Whipple, Jr was found not guilty in a DUI case.
Yesterday, Whipple was arrested by HCSO for PC 273.5 (a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
Both Andrew Whipple Sr and Andrew Whipple Jr have several cases in the Humboldt Superior Court system.
