Fourth post election report just posted. I just checked in with Humboldt County Elections Manager Juan Pablo Cervantes. "An estimated 0 ballots left. Write-ins have been reported. However, this isn’t a final report yet. Expect certification early next week."
12/8: Final cumulative report published 3:35 p.m. The same candidates maintain lead.
