Murder suspect Daniella Moore had a pre trial hearing scheduled this morning which was continued to 12/22 so Moore's attorney, Deputy Public Defender could appear.
There is also a motion hearing scheduled for 12/22 regarding receipt of subpoenaed records and trial confirmation date is expected to be set at that hearing. Jury trial is scheduled for 2/27/23.
Continuances and pre trial hearings aren't breaking or live news. I have been adding updates to previous posts for court coverage unless there is a significant development.
12/22: At pre trial, motion hearing on receipt of subpoenaed records was granted. By stipulation records released to DA. Trial confirmation set for 1/26/23 and jury trial for 2/27/23.
