On 12/14, alleged molestor Darrel Tatro failed to appear for his preliminary hearing. A bench warrant was issued for $35,000 and held until 1/26/23.
Defense motion to continue was granted over People's objection. According to court minutes, Tatro had a medical emergency.
Tatro is charged with three felonies. Count 1 PC 288 (a) (2) distributing or showing porn to a minor; Count 2 is PC 288.3 (a) contact with minor for sexual offense and PC 288.4 (b) meeting minor for lewd purposes.
12/24: Tatro was booked into custody after surrender by his bail bond company.
12/30: Court ordered supervised release.
