Tracie Nichols' arraignment is scheduled on September 25. She is charged in Count 1 with a felony; possesion of sale of a controlled substance. Count 2 is a misdemeanor; possession if controlled substance paraphernalia.
Nichols was arrested on February 5 for possession of controlled substances for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia when the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served search warrants at multiple locations in Eureka and several people including local attorney Michael Acosta were arrested.
She was arrested again on March 6 by CHP for alleged violation of PC496 (d), receiving stolen property. She was booked and released.
