Tracie Judith Nichols was arrested on February 5 for possession of controlled substances for sales and possession of drug paraphernalia when the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served search warrants at multiple locations in Eureka and several people including local attorney Michael Acosta were arrested
She was arrested again yesterday by CHP for alleged violation of PC496 (d), receiving stolen property. She was booked and released.
