A report for treatment from Harper Medical Group was received today and but no evaluation by County Mental Health for meds for Richard French. Judge Timothy Canning said the med evaluation is neccessary to proceed.
Next court date is August 18.
Deputy Whitney Timm appeared in court for the People. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield appeared for his office.
Unless something significant happens, future updates will be added to this post.
8/18: French will be going to the State Hospital. Confirmation of transport is scheduled for September 15. Continued to September 29.
