Early resolution court today for Tracie Nichols today when she hasn't been arraigned on her HCDTF arrest?

Tracie Nichols has arraignment scheduled on September 25 for one case that is associated with the arrest of local attorney Michael Acosta.

She has another 2020 case scheduled in early resolution court today.

Local attorney Michael Acosta sent this statement just now: " tracie nichols is on court calendar at 8am in misdemeanor land, court room 8.Tthis is the person solely responsible for controlled substances found in my house. She was arrested for the same basic charge as I was, H&S 11351, but she is charged as a misdemeanor out the gate, even though she was subsequently arrested again."



"She was  nearest to the contraband, she was the last person in the house, but had been in the house less than five minutes before the police executed a six day old search warrant, although they didn't wait 20 more minutes for the required special master to arrive. Here is your story.  Police operative plants evidence in attorney's home or just selective prosecution and unequal protection of the law . You make the call..."

"I want justice in an unjustifiable situation. Is that too much to ask?"

"And I challenge the District Attorney to DNA test the wrapping and containers in which the heroin and Xanax were found.  I challenge the DA and Ms. Nichols to submit to a reciprocal polygraph test with me to see who is lying and who is truth telling...televised even."
