Kenneth Adam Cruz was arrested by Eureka Police Department for PC 207 (a) yesterday.
EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell said, "Cruz was arrested after an incident near 6th and G streets around 3:15 p.m. Cruz and the victim were in a vehicle together and involved in a hit and run traffic collision. The victim is safe."
