Setting of preliminary hearing for Darius Upshaw was scheduled this morning. He is charged with six counts of oral copulation of an intoxicated victim.
Mr. Russ Clanton is Upshaw's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm appeared on the case for the People. The preliminary was set for August 25. Time estimate is all day.
