Lack of income due to the coronavirus pandemic is not the consequence for one local business. Blackwell Construction is busier these days. Owner Shane Blackwell said the issue impacting him and his employees is childcare.

Two of his employees are affected and in each case there are different circumstances.

"My employees want to work. I can put them to work and pay them. We are doing our best for our customers. Addressing this one issue  can benefit the local economy and other businesses I know who are in a similar situation."
