Testimony was expected to resume this afternoon for the hearing on the request for a restraining order filed by Eurela Councilmember Kim Bergel against Cornelius Lowenstein.
Judge Kelly Neel met with the parties before the courtroom was opened to the public.
When the courtroom opened, Judge Neel said today's hearing was continued to March 19 at 9 a.m. The parties agreed to continue the hearing, meet privately to see if they can resolve the issue and discuss future exhibits.
Judge Neel applauded both parties for coming up with this idea.
Eric Bergel walked past me glaring at me; Kim Bergel gave me an "interesting" look as they entered the courtroom. This kind of high school behavior is cfrom two adults; one a Eureka Councilmember and another local business owner.
Besides the usual supporters on both sides, Matthew Owen and Linda Atkins were in court today.

Obviously Cornelius is super scary if the judge "applauds" both parties meeting towards a resolution. She should drop it before she makes herself look even worse . . . .if thays possible. Lol
