Sean Allman was arrested for threatening members of Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Allman's preliminary hearing scheduled for today was vacated after the defense motion to continue was granted on October 3 by Judge Timothy Canning. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm objected to the continuance.
Intervention was rescheduled to 10/28/19; preliminary hearing 10/30/19.
