Doubt declared regarding Jacquelyn Bradley's mental competence

Setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jacquelyn Bradley this afternoon. Instead, criminal proceedings were suspended after her attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan declared "doubt" regarding her mental competence.

Judge Lawrence Killoran refused to lower Bradley's bond even though she surrendered herself to the McKinleyville substation.
Bench warrants were issued on September 26 because she failed to appear for her preliminary hearing. This is the woman who allegedly broke into an EPD officer's house.

Next court hearing is October 24  for receipt of Doctor Wilson's report.
