Aaron Albert Parker has to be arraigned by today or he will be released from custody. Parker was arrested for indecent exposure near Eureka High.
As of 11:40 a.m., the D.A's office had not received the police report and he was still in custody. At time of booking, bail was $100,000.
Late arraignments can be done in the afternoon but it depends on when the report is received. Unless the DA files charges from the Ramey warrant.
