This is what happens when you play the time waiver, pull time waiver game

A hearing on the People's motion to continue Seng Yang's jury trial was scheduled for February 21. It was granted by Judge Lawrence Killoran.

As already indicated by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads, this was a possibity if the Cory Fisher jury trial proceeded. Ms. Eads filed a declaration and motion to continue on February 19.

Public Defender Marek Reavis is representing Yang. "I believe under the circumstances the Court would find good cause even over defense objection." Yang pulled his time waiver at the February 14 court hearing.

Yang is charged with 16 counts which include forcible rape of Jane Doe (his own daughter) and exhibiting a minor in pornography.  Jane Doe is the alleged victim for all counts.

Trial confirmation is March 18. Jury trial is April 8.

Text messages and pornographic videos are part of the evidence.
