Jane Doe #1 got asked about "popping the girl part", sex and vagina during cross examination

"I am going to ask you quite a few questions," is how Mario Alexander's attorney Mr. Russ Clanton started his cross examination of Jane Doe #1.

Initially, Mr. Clanton went over some of the details covered during direct examination by Deputy District Attorney Eads such as who picked her up from school. Jane Doe #1 said Julianna, Jane Doe #2's mom picked her up from school and her mom picked her up from the Alexander home. She gave the name of kids. Jane Doe#1 said she spent 3-4 hours when she was at the Alexander home and it was unplanned, if she ended up spending the night.

During cross examination, with Mr. Clanton's repeated questioning of what she was wearing to bed, if these sleepovers were unplanned, Jane Doe #1 said that she recalls having clothes on when Alexander touched her knees.

Jane Doe #1 said Alexander was not mean to her, he did not make her do chores or discipline her. She did say yes when asked if sometimes she didn't like the food served at the Alexander home.

Jane Doe #2 was her best friend and they what "Mr. Mario was doing to us." Jane Doe #1 said she did show Jane Doe #2 how "Mr. Mario" had touched her. She said then Jane Doe #2 told her that Alexander "had touched her as well."

"Did you later tell anyone that some of what Jane Doe #2 told you about Mr. Mario you didn't believe," said Mr. Clanton.

"I don't remember," said Jane Doe #1.

"Did the two of you talk about sex?" asked Mr. Clanton.

"I don't think so," said Jane Doe #1.

"Did you ask Jane Doe #2 if she knew what sex was? asked Mr. Clanton.

"No," said Jane Doe #1.

Then, Mr. Clanton asked her about them talking about "popping the girl part."

Jane Doe #1 said "No."

Jane Doe #1 also said no, when asked if she knew what that meant and no about talking to her mom,about "popping the girl part."

During redirect by Ms. Eads,Jane Doe #1 said she does not remember what Jane Doe #2 told her about Alexander.

During re-cross, Mr. Clanton asked Jane Doe #1, "Did you ever tell Jane Doe #2 Mr. Mario had touched your vagina."

Jane Doe #1 said, "No."
