PG and E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich had three cases on calendar today. The District Attorney's motion to consolidate the cases was granted.
The December 10 date was vacated. Future dates are December 17 and January 7.
Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee intends to pursue the mental health diversion for Zacevich. In the case of Michael Black, the DA objected to it because there are no funds available in Humboldt County for this option or supervision. Judge Timothy Canning recently denied that option for Black.
