Humboldt Monitoring: "Maintaining public safety through technology"

Steve Payton, owner of Bill Davidson Bail Bonds,  now owns and operates a new company, Humboldt Monitoring.



"We provide offender monitoring services utilizing state of the art GPS technology," Payton told me today at the Humboldt Courthouse. He has submitted proposals to both Humboldt and Del Norte counties to provide services.
