Daniel Yurkovich of Pacific Grove, was arrested on suspicion of mayhem at McNear's Saloon in Petaluma.
Yurkovich allegedly started a fight, randomly attacking one victim, pummeling him with punches. He then attacked a person who was attempting to restrain him and almost bit off off that man's ring finger.
