Timothy Flemming is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on two cases. Bail at booking was $55,000 unless it is changed in court today. No detainer so if he can post bail, he will be released from custody.
Update: He was just arraigned. Judge John Feeney set bail at $50,000. The Public Defender's office was appointed to represent Fleming.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal was present for the People in court today. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield appeared with Fleming in court today.
OR/Bail hearing is scheduled for May 22.
Update: OR/Bail and Supervised Release was denied.
Intervention is scheduled for May 29. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 31.

The other complaint is for recent arrest and the alleged charges are dissauding a witness and injuring a spouse or cohabitant.
