Mark Wheetley's cases on calendar this morning to request electronic monitoring instead of SWAP

Both of Mark Wheetley's cases are on calendar this morning.

Wheetley's attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego told me that the reason is to" permit electronic monitoring instead of SWAP because he has a broken arm and SWAP can’t accept him with that injury.  It is a pretty standard request."

Motion for electronic monitoring was granted.

Wheetley entered a plea on March 27  for "reckless driving alcohol related." He also admitted a violation of probation.

While Wheetley was sentenced to 15 days jail time, he was given two days credit. With good time conduct credits, that is 4 days. Out of the 11 days left, Wheetley is eligible for SWAP.  That reduces the time to 6 days for SWAP.
