Will the motion to dismiss charges in former court clerk John Beideman's case be heard tomorrow or another continuance?

At the last hearing former court clerk John Beideman's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton requested a continuance so he could file a reply to the DA's response to his 995 motion to dismiss 7 out of 8 charges in the court clerk's alleged molestation case.

I checked twice today, noon and 4:31 p.m. today. No reply filed.

So tomorrow, is Mr. Clanton going to pull another last minute stunt and ask for another continuance or be prepared to present arguments?

Trial confirmation is also scheduled for tomorrow morning.

The jury trial is scheduled for April 23.

The case is scheduled in Courtroom 1. The records say Visiting Judge John Feeney.  Will it be heard by Judge Feeney?

Things change a lot last minute, despite what court records say. Four Judges had disqualified from this case.
