Mario Nunez, one of the three suspects in the Jesus Garcia homicide had a motion to compel discovery scheduled this morning.
Next court date is April 20, pre trial conference. Defense motion was granted. No objection by the People.
His two co-defendants, Joe Olivo Jr and Joe Olivo III were not. Trial confirmation for the jury trial in this case is scheduled for May 11.
The District Attorney alleges that this was a gang related killing.
