Warrant surrender scheduled for PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich

PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich has a warrant surrender and bond status scheduled this afternoon at 1:30.

Depending on when the Judson Stiglich arraignment is scheduled, I will update this post if she shows up today, if the DA asks for increase in bail and any other new information.

Zacevich had a pre trial conference on November 30 for her PG & E case. She was a no show. After hearing from both attorneys, Judge Dale Reinholtsen issued a bench warrant and said defendant should not be released on OR.

Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling requested an increase in bail stating Zacevich had committed two crimes since she was released from custody. Defense asked for notice if People wanted the bail amount increased. Judge Reinholtsen agreed. Zacevich's attorney David Lee argued that people had not filed charges for the two new crimes and could not ask for increase in bail without notice.

Jury trial scheduled for December 18 was vacated.

Zacevich has been arrested twice since she has been out of custody. She refused to come to court on November 7, her last court hearing.
