The District Attorney's office finally filed charges against Katherine Zacevich. These charges are from her new arrests since she has been out of custody.
Arraignment is scheduled for December 19.
Update: On December 19, her arraignment was continued to March 14. The District Attorney's office was asked for an affadavit.
