Rhett August was arrested by Eureka Police Department on December 24 for alleged violation of HS11350, possession of a controlled substance.
August was released on OR the same day.
Some may remember August from the Bodhi Tree case. Tree was charged with attempted murder of August. Some from his past arrest in June 2014. Mr. Russ Clanton represented him in that case.
In 2014, he was supposed to move from the area. When he had moved to the East Coast briefly in 2014, August talked about how different life was from Humboldt. No issues with drugs.
