Holy molly Batman, I just can't imagine homeless in Arcata.(Quote taken from a time capsule 1952). Tell them to go on campus to the permanent "poor students" housing "faux encampment".The Shebitc- can give'm waivers for all their worldly needs. Oh we love socialism don't we Sal Alinsky? We can have REAL homeless occupy and teach the snowflakes a thing or two.
