Preliminary hearing for Judson Stiglich and Amanda Brown rescheduled for January 29

Intervention was scheduled yesterday for Judson Stiglich and Amanda Brown. The preliminary hearing for Stiglich's for December 20 was vacated.


Both entered a 10 day time waiver for the preliminary hearing.

New dates are intervention on January 24. Preliminary is scheduled for January 29.

Stiglich's  co-defendant Amanda Brown is not in custody. On December 14, she qualified for supervised release.
