Katherine Zacevich did show up today. Mr. Brent Kling who is prosecuting the case was not in court. His colleague, Ms. Murdock asked Zacevich be remanded into custody.
However the People still haven't filed charges on her two recent arrests so Zacevich remains out of custody.
She had shown up on time, then left the courtroom since the 1:30 p.m.calendar was being called half an hour later. When it was called after 2 p.m., she was MIA, a warrant was issued. Fortunately for her, when she waltzed in again a few minutes later, she dodged that consequence.
