new projects are stack n pack apartments in lieu of houses.
Gov Brown STOLE $2.3 billion REDEVELOPEMENT dollars from the Cities/Counties about 6 years ago. The greedy move by Moonbeam gutted all monetary potential to build low income/upper lower/lower middle class homes. California has been aggressively pursuing federal handouts for low income so they can force these brackets into middle class counties-the lower classes for BALANCE! WTF right does the government have to screw up cities and bring the low breeds in for "BALANCE"? This is truly screwed up, but the officials love fed money and condone the mini communities/infill projects.
