Lee Conoboy will be arraigned this afternoon. He is charged with two counts; two special allegations. Complaint lists the weapon as a knife. Alleged victim Matthew Kralle.
The Public Defender's office was appointed to represent Conoboy. Intervention hearing on January 8 at 1:30. Preliminary hearing on January 10 at 9:15 a.m. OR release waived without prejudice.
