IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

DIVISION ONE
THE PEOPLE,
Plaintiff and Respondent,
v.
TIMOTHY FLOYD LITTLEFIELD,
Defendant and Appellant.
     A147965
     (Humboldt County
     Super. Ct. No. CR091204S)
INTRODUCTION
"In 2013, a jury convicted defendant Timothy Floyd Littlefield of multiple sex offenses against his stepdaughter, Jane Doe.  On appeal, defendant argues his trial attorney was ineffective for eliciting damaging evidence from the complaining witness on cross-examination, and failing to object to an evidentiary overstatement made by the prosecutor in final argument.  We affirm."
