Five police cars. No injuries. EPD responded to call about a fight. After they arrived and investigated, EPD discovered that there had been a dispute between neighbors. One man was detained in cuffs, arrested and will be booked for allegedly brandishing a hammer.
EPD located the hammer. Three people involved; two apartments.
