Judge Feeney heard from both attorneys and Chandler was not remanded into custody.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees. Chandler is represented by Mr. Benjamin Okin and Mr. Manny Daskal.

DA files motion requesting Kade Chandler be remanded into custody
Today on April 13, Kade Chandler was arraigned and he plead not guilty to all charges.
There is an OR/Bail hearing scheduled on April 25. The District Attorney's office has filed a motion requesting that Chandler be remanded into custody.
Trial confirmation is scheduled for September 7. Jury trial is scheduled for October 16.

He still has his passport.....my bet is he wont be here for a trial. Big mistake Judge Feeney!! Hope you can sleep at night while Kade is partying it up in the Islands. My friends deserve justice damn it.
