Nicholas Johnson jury trial will include evidence of alleged shots fired at DA Investigators before he was arrested
Nicholas Johnson who is charged with the death of David Ganfield will also face charges resulting from his arrest, when he allegedly shot at two DA Investigators.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees won his motion to introduce the evidence about the DA Investigators. Johnson's attorney, Mr Neal Sanders, asked for a thirty day continuance to prepare after the People's motion was granted by Judge John Feeney.
Trial confirmation is April 11. Jury trial is now scheduled for April 24.
