Competency restored for Dylan Wilson who allegedly grabbed a 12 yr old on her way to school in Arcata; preliminary scheduled for October 11

A certificate for comptency was presented in court for Dylan Wilson on 6/1/17. There was a motion to continue his preliminary on 7/13/17.

 Intervention was scheduled for October 4. It got continued to October 10. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 11.
