Little Napolean Kreis also failed to disclose his FPPC violation from 2018

 

Kreis misrepresented when he was served with the CJP proceedings, he did not disclose CJP prior violation from 2018 and he did not disclose prior FPPC violation from 2018. I have contacted FPPC but the letter answers the information requested.

I called him out on the CJP violation in this election before they formally charged him. I called him out about FPPC paperwork filing in this election. And then his campaign would file the required documents. I emailed the FPPC about these amended forms and the CJP violation mentioned in Count 20 for this election.

Why is he still Presiding Judge? Why haven't the other Humboldt judges asked him to step down from the Presiding Judge position? Why isn't Assistant Judge Kelly Neel in charge? With Kreis ousted by the voters, she will be Presiding judge next and Judge Kaleb Cockrum would be Assistant Presiding Judge? Why have his endorsers and supporters not made any statements separating themselves from him? He lost the election. People who are struggling and people whose lives Kreis has destroyed stood up and removed him in an election. People with money and power are still sitting around doing nothing? If he retaliates, these people have options, the money, the connections and resources so what is their excuse?
