Some changes on court hearings and posts

Coronavirus related closures have only added to the challenge of covering courts. I have mentioned the tech issues and the lack of access to court records and covering court remotely.

There used to be continuances for the most minor reasons before the pandemic; now it has become more frequent.

I am not going to do separate posts for cases I covered two days ago or a week ago or cases that just keep getting continued with no new information or very little information. In such instances, that information can be added to a  previous post. For hearings where just dates are set or it is a receipt of a report that often gets continued several times  I will add updates to the last post that has significant information.

There is a search feature on the blog that makes it very easy to look up previous posts.
