I reported some sad news about Maziar Eshghipour on July 21. Since then he passed away. Today, the case was on for dismissal. Defense does not have the death certificate yet, so the hearing was continued to September 3.
I will not be covering the next hearing or this case anymore. People can contact the DA or the clerk's office for information.
