Case Management Conference in Rory Kalin vs Gregory Elvine-Kreis was continued to this afternoon.
Judge Elvine-Kreis' attorney is Mr. Patrik Griego. Kalin's attorney was Ms. Cyndy Day-Wilson. Today, his new attorney, Jonathan Hornberger from Manhattan Beach law firm, who substituted in on July 24 will make his first appearance.
This is just a case management conference and depending on what happens, an update will be added to the post later.
