They keep scheduling Ewa Misztal's case in front of a different Judge and the hearing keeps getting continued. Today, once again, attorneys made their arguments in front of Judge Christopher Wilson. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo requested an evidentiary hearing with all parties present which is for March 26.
Why not just set that next hearing in front of Retired Judge Dale Reinholtsen who is familiar with the case? By the time, this decision is made, will it matter whether Ewa Miztal is in an outpatient program or in an inpatient program?
Unlike Misztal, Kitchen and Chandler's were perfectly sane when they caused the deaths of innocent lives. Unlike Kitchen and Chandler, Misztal has been in custody since her arrest.

ReplyDeleteShe's an illegal alien and she will draw lots of attention from the "do gooders" and "sole savers of injustice" if found guilty. Its easier to stall and skip her down the road so a decision is never made. Great going Fleming
