Trial confirmation was scheduled this morning for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez. Jury trial scheduled for December 24 was confirmed. Time estimate is four to six weeks.
Rodriguez is charged with the murders of Tiffany Ellebrecht and Jeremy Kuemmel.
