High risk parolee Charles Flinn reinstated on post release supervision with a bit of jail time


Intervention was scheduled on December 7 for high risk parolee Charles Flinn. Parole hearing scheduled for December 11  confirmed. Yesterday Flinn entered a plea. He had been in jail for 20 days.



Flinn was sentenced to 180 days in jail "with 1 day suspended." In addition to the 20 days in jail, he got "good time" custody credits of 20 for a total credit of 40 days. He was reinstated on post release supervision.

Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham was present in court for the People. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin for the defense.
