Intervention was scheduled on December 12 for attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey. Intervention was continued to this afternoon for appointment of new counsel.
The Public Defender's office had a conflict. The Conflict Counsel's office had a conflict. Private attorneys were contacted to see if they can accept appointment. Preliminary hearing scheduled for December 17 will most likely be continued.
12/13 after court update:
A setting of preliminary is scheduled for tomorrow at 9:16 a.m. in Courtroom One. Preliminary hearing scheduled
I am not sure it was him 100% but from the glaring at me, I think Ron Ramsey was the one waiting outside Courtroom 1 with another young man today. He walked away with Mr. Clanton babbling about meth and alleged retaliation against him.
