Trial confirmation was scheduled for alleged molestor Michael Franco on December 13. Jury trial scheduled for January 7 was confirmed. So far, Franco has been in jail for 206 days.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is representing Franco.
