Humboldt Bay Fire just put out a fire near the dumpster in Kramer owned parking lot

There are transients constantly digging through that dumpster. The dumpster is always unlocked. The fire has been extinguished now.

This is next to the back entrance of  Redwood Energy offices, closer to the corner of Second and H where Smug's pizza and other businesses are located.

There is also a bench across the street and a City of Eureka parking lot near the dumpster constantly attracting ne'er-do-wells going back and forth between the bench and dumpsters digging for stuff, throwing stuff in the trash and questionable cars and vans parked near the dumpster with suspicious exchanges whether it is day or night.

I have called Eureka Police Department several times during the weekends or early evenings when there is a reason.

This is what happens when the local yokels with dollars don't invest in people or this City and hire themselves and their sycophants; certain business owners shirk responsibility for the properties they own and no consequence laws like Prop 47 and 57 get passed.

11/13 update: Just spoke with Humboldt Bay Fire. They responded to three dumpster fires last night; the one in this parking lot was caused by a pile of mattresses on fire.

I did see those dirty mattresses earlier.
