Motion to continue filed for Maxx Robison's jury trial

Maxx Robison's jury trial is scheduled for May 14. A motion to continue was filed by the defense. That will be heard at trial assignment tomorrow.


Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna Mckenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.

Update: Motion to continue was granted on May 11. Setting and determination of conflict scheduled for May 16 at 8:30 a.m. Objection by the People. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees and Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin had private discussion with Judge Dale Reinholtsen. Possible conflict expressed by Public Defender's office.
